Meeting with Fonda took place on July 10 and will meet again on August 7 in
Fonda.

Change setting public meeting for before August 20th meeting
regarding water payments.

Meter report- Ti and East National have been sent all necessary paperwork.

Vacancy- have not received anything from Tim.
Meeting
with OCR- Re; CDBG #16- Linda attended the meeting and Steve and Mayor Peeler
called in. It was determined that we would have to start from the beginning.
OLD BUSINESS:
Splash
Pad- investigating the possibility of opening in the spring.
Dumpster:
Notice will be put on the website.

that is in the parking lot effective 8/31/18. All AYES and No NAYES. MOTION

Counsel Reimbursement: Yes the Village will be reimbursed through the grant.
FEMA
recoup- WWTP insurance policy was given to FEMA. FEMA had directed Mayor
Headwell to purchase flood insurance, which it appears he did not.
Laberge
payment: requested an itemized bill. Received three that were all different.

Street
signs- New signs have been put up regarding the requirement of building and
peddler permits at each entrance to the Village.
Community
Garage sale will be August 10th, 11th, and 12th.
LED
Street Light Program- Sarah submitted our last six months of bills to see how
much the Village could save.
Old
and unused Village equipment will be available to view on Friday during the
Garage Sale. Bids will be taken.
Playground-
Possibility of an upgrade, maybe a NERF area.
