MEMBERS/STAFF REPORTS:
Trustee Denton: Website needs to be updated, Tim said he
could have it updated today. She received a call from Deputy Lewis regarding
the Village’s Noise Ordinance. Residents at 35 Franklin St were setting beer
pong in the street. Danny Boy’s property at the end of Broad St. along the
river is listed on Facebook as a campsite for rent. Have Code Enforcer check,
there may be an outhouse there. Doug Wadsworth won the bid for both properties
on Ann St. Doug has to do survey and get properties cleaned up. Have Jim site
Doug for Hoffman property overgrowth.
Trustee Helmin: Willing to help with the
website, needs permission. 39 Prospect St. looks terrible, already in the hands
of the court. Irene Kearns complained about $50.00 bill for ticketed items left
at curb. Suggest a letter on door as well as ticketing the item. Suggests that
each person involved in water break be given declaration. Tim purchased gift
certificates for DPW, he forgot Don. He will take care of it.
