The Village of Fultonville‘s March 20 ELECTION RESULTS are as follow: Linda Petterson-Law won the mayor seat with 92 walk-in votes and 22 write-in votes. Opposers George Donaldson & Ryan Weitz received 21 write-in votes and 1 write-in vote respectively. 3 trustee positions were filled. Robyn E. Rose was victorious over Laurel Headwell with 96 walk-in votes to 40 walk-in votes. Timothy Morford won with 90 walk-in votes and 7 write-in votes. James Park received 2 write-in votes, Michael Lewis got 2 write-in votes, Melanie Weitz 1 write-in vote and Scattering with 2 write-in votes. Stephen Helmin took the third trustee position with 91 walk-in votes and 19 write-in votes. James Park received 19 write-in votes. Thanks so much for supporting our election, we look forward to serving you!

Water & Sewer

The water and sewer bills are sent out quarterly for residential users, commercial users are sent out monthly. You may pay your bill at 10 Erie Street by dropping your payment in the secure drop-box near the main door. You may also mail in your payment to PO Box 337, Fultonville, NY 12010. As some of you may know, there is new legislation that requires all homeowners receiving the Basic STAR exemption to register with the NYS Tax Department in order to receive the exemption in 2014 and subsequent years. Below is a link to the Tax Department’s STAR registration page.
