MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING

MOTION MADE BY Trustee Helmin, to Approve the Minutes of the June 16, 2020 Regular Meeting, as corrected, Seconded by Trustee Morford. All AYES and No NAYS. MOTION PASSED

 

AUDIT OF THE MONTHLY BILLS TO BE PAID:

 

Trustee’s to stop at the office and sign vouchers, and sign acknowledgement.

 

MAYORAL REPORT:

Update on COVID 19 numbers was given.

FEMA update: Payment letter was shared with the Board.

General summary of monthly activity was given.

 

BOARD MEMBERS/STAFF REPORTS:

Trustee Helmin:  Wrote back to the Mr. Scardamalia of the CENSUS regarding leaving Fultonville off the summary. He stated that less than one half of village residents have responded to the CENSUS.

Trustee Denton:  Absent

Trustee Morford: People around the village are loving the speedbumps. Spoke with the gentleman that bought the church on Main St. about pile of junk, and loud music.

Water Department: attached

Animal Control: attached

Waste Water Treatment Plant: attached

Zoning and planning Board: Nothing

 

OLD BUSINESS:

WWTP Appointments:

Motion: by Trustee Helmin to hire Jim Park as Chairman of the WWTP Board starting August 1, 2020. Seconded by Trustee Morford, All AYES and No NAYS. MOTION PASSED

 

Motion: by Trustee Morford to hire Katie Luke as Waste Water Operator Trainee starting August 1, 2020. Seconded by Trustee Helmin, All AYES and No NAYS. MOTION PASSED

 

Motion: by Trustee Helmin to hire Scott Walker as WWTP Board member starting August 1, 2020 under the condition that once Mayor Petterson-Law meets with him and approves of him. Seconded by Trustee Morford, All AYES and No NAYS. MOTION PASSED

 

Broad Street Contract: Waiting for confirmation from DANY, and the extension approval.

 

Vacancy: No names at this time.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

Motion: by Trustee Morford to accept Resolution #07-01, 2020 to Approve Dissolution of Glen-Fultonville Consolidated Board of Health. Seconded by Trustee Helmin. All AYES and No NAYS. MOTION PASSED

 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

No public due to COVID 19.
