MINUTES OF FRIDAY MAY 1, 2020 VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING

 

Meeting opened at 6:00

Present at the meeting:

Mayor- Linda Petterson-Law

Trustee- Linda Denton-

Trustee Timothy Morford- absent

Trustee- Stephen Helmin-

Trustee Barney J Wemple Jr.

 

 

2020-2021 Tentative Budget was presented for approval. 

 

MOTION to Accept the Tentative Budget as presented by Trustee Denton. Seconded by Trustee Helmin. All Ayes and NO Nye’s, Motion Passed.

 

No Public Hearing was held due to COVID-19. It was published in the Recorder and on the Village Website as well as the Village sign that the Tentative Budget is available by request. Questions could be submitted to the Village Office via the drop box, none were received.

 

MOTION to Adjourn by Trustee Helmin. Seconded by Trustee Denton. All Ayes and No Nye’s, Motion Passed.
