MINUTES OF JANUARY 16, 2018 PUBLIC HEARING

VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT AND EMERGENCY PLAN FOR THE WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

 

Meeting opened at 5:49

Present at the meeting:

Mayor- Linda Petterson-Law

Trustee- Robyn Rose

Trustee- Linda Denton

Trustee Timothy Morford

Trustee- Chad Quackenbush- Absent

 

Required by the USDA because of a Bond we hold. Justin helped to complete the assessment. A copy is kept at the WWTP and one is kept in the Village office. The USDA will also get a copy to complete our file for compliance.

MOTION TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING BY TRUSTEE ROSE, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE DENTON. All AYES and No NAYES. MOTION PASSED.
