by Jason Matt and Debbie Richards of Ti Sales Inc, Water and Wastewater
Supplies. Jason spoke about new water meters and how they would benefit residents
and the Village.

Morford: Piece for board is back ordered. Would like to do a village wide
Easter Egg Hunt in the park for all ages. To be held on Saturday March 31,
2018. Would like to do a squirt gun fight for July 4th. Water
balloons would be better.

Denton: No Sewer Meeting. Thanked Linda and Robin for clearing of the sidewalk
in front of the old Key Bank building. Spoke to the parent of the boy about the
harassment, hopefully that should take care of it.

Kasza DPW was introduced to the board. DPW has been busy cleaning the garage,
took scrap metal to Bornt’s and brought money back to the Village.

Smith: We are in good shape.
MAYORAL REPORT:
Proposal
for Purchase of New Water Meters and Installation. Inquired with Tom Bates
about any funding for infrastructure
grants.
Town
of Glen- Water and Sewer Agreements:
Public
Hearing for CDBG project #14 Joint Sewer Project to allow the public to comment
on its
implementation. Meeting to be held
March 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
Waste
Water Treatment plant and bill and what has been paid out by the Village of
Fultonville for the first
quarter. The Village has already
paid out more than the next quarterly payment.
Employee
Handbook: Have Robyn’s revisions and is currently working on her own, will be
ready for next
meeting.
Animal
Control: In the process of making changes to the Animal Code.
OLD BUSINESS:

MOTION MADE BY Trustee To Accept Resolution #02-01 2018 to Amend the Animal Control
Code, Seconded by Trustee . Resolution Tabled
NEW BUSINESS:
Tina
would like board approval to pay bills prior to the monthly meeting so we are
not paying late fees.
To
be able to replenish petty cash as needed and personal payment re-imbursement.
Maximum amount to be paid out monthly is $300.00 excluding utilities.

Helman brought up a meeting regarding Lystek being held after the Village
meeting.
